On behalf of a multinational company leader in packaging solutions, we are currently looking for a:

Business Development  Specialist – Europe

who will support the company in the development of the European market

 

The successful candidate will work closely with the existing sales team to identify new business opportunities, execute sales strategies, expand the customer base and achieve budgeted sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to promote the cord product line and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to the executive team.
     

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 + years’ experience in sales or business development  in the packaging industry.
  • English knowledge: fluent proficiency;
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
