Alti Profili, a division of the Umana Group specializing in the recruitment and selection of middle and top management professionals in the Italian and international markets, is seeking a Lean Specialist for a well-established and highly structured company with a strong presence both in Italy and abroad. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in performance management and continuous improvement, promoting lean culture at all levels.
- Coordinate lean initiatives, monitor performance, and identify corrective actions to reduce waste and improve contribution margin.
- Implement 5S methodologies and problem-solving tools (RCA, A3, Ishikawa) to improve processes and reduce losses.
- Support the design of standard operating procedures and promote best practices.
- Identify and coordinate new improvement initiatives, set yearly goals, and analyze opportunities through cost deployment.
- Manage internal communications to share KPIs and results with all employees.
- Assist in the implementation of strategic projects (digitalization, technical updates) and foster professional growth to spread Lean Culture.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment, supporting safety management.
- Ensure innovation, product quality, and cost reduction to meet customer needs.
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in industrial Engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous improvement tools and methodology.
- At least 2+ years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Skills & Attitudes: Problem Solving, Statistical Analysis, Orientation to decision making and people development, leadership, Teamwork, good Listener, Pro-Active, Orientation to results.
