QUALITY MANAGER

Main activities

Reporting directly to the General Management and the Group COO, the profile will:

·       Implement the Group’s quality system and process description locally into the company;

·       Carry out all activities related to the definition of the company's quality system;

·       Implement, plan and carry out monitoring activities on processes and functional areas in accordance with the procedures of the corporate quality system;

·       Manage product and process quality, complaints and related issues;

·       Manage internal information campaigns about quality practice;

·       Identify training needs of internal company personnel for system implementation.

Personal and Professional Characteristics

·       Diploma or Degree with technical focus;

·       Proven experience in the engineering industry;

·       5 years of experience gained in the role;

·       Excellent knowledge of the English language.

The ideal candidate has excellent analytical and organizational skills and proves to manage and coordinate teams effectively.
