FOREIGN SALES MANAGER

Main Responsibilities

·        Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction

·        Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

·        Organize business meetings with potential customers

·        Promote the company's products/services to meet or anticipate customer objectives

·        Prepare sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal rules and guidelines

·        Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

·        Participate in trade fairs across Europe

Requirements

·        Proven work experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role

·        Proven sales experience

·        Proficiency in English and German

·        Empathetic communication and strong negotiation skills

·        People management skills (agents in relevant territories)

·        Time management and planning skills

·        University degree/BA in business administration, sales, or a related field

·        Knowledge of MS Office
